I brought my laptop into the store and tweaked the files on the spot to ensure they were built to spec, but they offer to do formatting (and graphic design) for customers. Customer service was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Prints were high quality, looked great. Turnaround was 3 days. I'll definitely use this printer again.
